Description

We are excited to host our Spring Homeschool Day here at the farm on May 23rd, 2023 10am-12pm. We will have 4 different educational stations to rotate every 20 minutes.

Stations: 

“Milk Cow Simulation”: students will learn where milk comes from and the importance of dairy animals in the world. Students will also enter our simulator to hand milk a “simulation” cow. 

Stetson’s Barnyard: students will get up close to the variety of different livestock and animals of the farm to feed and pet them.

Story Time: Sit down time to listen to a fun and educational farm related book.

Lifecycle of a Watermelon: students will learn the lifecycle of a watermelon from seedling to fruit and get to plant their very own watermelon seed to take home with them.

After all learning stations are complete, you can enjoy a bagged lunch (attendee’s responsibility) at the picnic tables and playtime at the large farm playground. The farm store will also be open for purchasing of souvenirs or our farm raised meats. 

*Recommended ages: 3-10*

*Ages two and younger are FREE*

*Tickets ONLY available for purchase online, availability is limited and will close for purchasing when MAX is reached*

*Students: $12/each

*Parents/ Chaperones: $8/each*


Note: Gates will open at 9:30am to begin accepting guests. Each guest will receive a color wrist band upon arrival associated with your group. Each of the four stations will last approximately 30 minutes. Attendees are welcome to bring a bag lunch to the farm to eat after the last session (12pm) and play on the playground. Final departure by 1:00pm.  Children 2 years old and younger are admitted free.


All online ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Purchasing tickets online guarantee access to the event as we will limit attendance for each date.
